Overall this was a good experience. However ResMed should not require that routine supplies such as mask or humidification packs need to be signed for by Fed Ex or UPS. This just complicates it for those of us who are not home all the time.
We purchased our bikes in November of 2021 and got excellent use out of them as we travelled with our trailer. I find they have sufficient power for what we do and enjoy riding them every time we are in them. I’m a pretty slim guy and do find it a bit difficult to load and unload them off of my bike rack when we travel. It makes it much easier having a second person to assist with this.
