Pacis had an issue but were replaced

Bought a 2 pack of nighttime pacifiers and the design on the plastic came off within 2 weeks. Customer service is sending replacements.

As of March 31 we have spent well over…

As of March 31 we have spent well over a month waiting for our warranty replacement bottles to arrive. Even after we confirmed our address they managed to ship our bottles to the wrong address. Now they have supposedly sent us replacements again, with express shipping but that was over a week ago. Still nothing, no tracking number, no real way of knowing if anything was ever sent. We've now had to buy an entire new set from another brand due to the leaking being so bad. Lost our trust. Truly disappointed.

Lid replacement

I was looking to replace the lids for my kids cups. I was fostering some puppies and they chewed them up really bad. They were not able to get the parts I needed, so they sent me new ones free of charge! So very kind! Especially because it was not an issue with their product! I have several different products of theirs, and I love all of them! They stand up to my kid great, just not a pack of puppy teeth!
