Review Time
Your website allowed me to enter an order without a prescription. I was then told I needed a prescription which was fine. I got the prescription and entered the image. I was then told it wasn’t adequate and the doctor needed to add a time period (I have been on your devices the past 10+ years and will need to use them the rest of my days). So I got to make another trip to my doctor to get the second piece of paper. It would have been great if your team would reach out to my doctor so you got just what you want the first time. Other than that, the product is terrific.
I’m pretty sure the support team is a poorly written AI. The first question was to ask me things which were on the initial request form. Then the “person” said they’d look into it, and ghosted me. From there, they tried to close the ticket saying I didn’t provide info. I asked for clarification, as the ticket was held on their end as they investigated, and they just resent the message again as is. Now it appears that they’ve just gone and closed the ticket with no resolution.
When I ride my Gazelle, I find myself calling to mind childhood memories and songs I haven't thought of in decades. I think they're being unlocked by experiencing the rush of popping into Turbo mode and devouring a headwind that might once have left me gassed. There's much to be said for carrying a tailwind around in your back pocket.

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. I contacted the company because my baby refused their bottle and the package says it has an "Acceptance Guarantee". I think to most consumers this would be interpreted as a money-back guarantee, but apparently not - the customer service representative first suggested I try returning the opened bottle to the store, and then advised "Our acceptance Guarantee is just based on a study that was carried out and 95% of mums advised that there little one took to them. The guarantee is the percentage of little ones taking to it." How is that a guarantee? I think it's false advertising.
