Review Time
The equipment arrived, as scheduled, I did not take into account holiday delays. I wanted to have the machine for a trip but did not show up in time. I was disappointed that my prescription, was rejected several times. My main machine is issued by the VA and the standing prescription was not good enough. maybe for future replacements, will go smoother.
I spent $300 on your breast pump from Walmart only for it to not meet my needs or function completely. Walmart wouldn’t refund me and your customer service representative was of no help either. I will never buy anything else in this name brand. Money is not easy to come by and I will never get mine back.
Upon purchasing a wearable pump that was defective and just a horrible product, I was unable to get a resolution. They kept referring to Walmart which won't do returns or refunds on equipment with bodily fluids. 300 dollars for a useless device is unacceptable. I will not be a continue customer.***update***After arguing with walmart and going to two different Walmart's I was able to get a refund. It was hard and I requested to speak with the store manager, which wasn't entertaining me it first. She was literary having her cashiers talk for her when she was looking at me! Anyway, once I showed her the email from tomme tippee stating I could return to Walmart she agreed and refund. But at the first Walmart I went ( not where I bought it but closest to me) they refused even with the email and the store manager said go to where you bought it. So it was annoying to say the least 🙄
Very attentive and with quick responses without so many questions. But even so, I think they should solve the problem of the filters very quickly so that they are on the market individually since I have had to buy 2 sterilizers for the same issue but I no longer want to have to buy 3
1. It is too difficult to speak with a rep live. You call a phone number and then a message is relayed. 2. Your resmed phone number is recognized as spam by my cell phone. If your rep tries to call back- the call won’t go through- please upgrade your phone system. 3. I work too so this call back game doesn’t work. Have people available to take my call and answer questions immediately when I call. 4. The staff is great once you can actually speak with them. But I shouldn’t have to play phone tag over 3 days to buy a machine from you.
