Website is horrible. No way to contact anyone, no way to access support except to see how to clean. Been using CPAP for almost 15 years, I ALREADY KNOW HOW TO CLEAN MY EQUIPMENT. I need support to understand why all of a sudden my SD Card isn't keeping track. There is no way to get help with that and not only that, the SEARCH button is worthless. As soon as I can I will be changing to a different company for my CPAP/APAP needs.
Res Med is still wrong.Their platform support people are refusing to connect my air mini medical information with my physician, Dr Aranas in Schumburg Il.Why? Because I bought my air mini 5 years ago in North Carolina. “Get in touch with them.”This is ridiculous & Terrible customer service. Be better, Res Med! Serve your customer.Also, when I called from my doctor’s office, & received no satisfaction, I asked the res med employee to transfer me to her manager.The res med employee refused to speak to me, would not answer my questions, remained silent until the doctor’s office staff came on the phone. Who does that?
