I run a daycare in California and I wrote to the company on Facebook Messenger (after I searched the internet and Amazon for replacement valves for the insulated Sportee Cups) I could not find them anywhere so I would just buy new cups. a awesome guy named Ben wrote me and said that he had sent me some.. so happy!!! The issue wasnt resolved. The person from customer service told me my electrical warmer wasnt covered under warranty anymore...and it is not even an electrical warmer. So, they didnt pay attention to the product I was needing help with. Im now stuck with a not useful product.
Ordered two insulated straw tumblers which had holes in them upon arrival, was told I would be getting replacements and it was radio silence after that. Reached out again, turns out they had the wrong address somehow after shipping the original defective bottles. Was assured replacements would be sent but once again radio silence, no shipping confirmation, no estimated arrival date. Pretty disappointing and still don’t have the replacements or any clue whether I’m actually getting them or if I’m just being strung along and ripped off.
