I found the website easy to understand since I am new to CPaps. They have well curriated packages too. I have been using the ResMed 11 for a few weeks and have adjusted to it surprisingly well. I travel a lot so I ordered the AirMini. It has been harder to get used to but I am hoping gets better with time. The order process was hassle-free. They prompted me to make sure I had the prescription loaded properly so that there would be no delay in shipping. Overall, great experience and look forward to ordering supplies through their site in the future.
I had a great experience with tommee tippee I had three cups that I couldn’t use because they got chewed up they were very understanding and they replaced the three cups the girls love them and I recommend these cups all the time I absolutely love them
Basically you can't help me because the product was a gift. And 2 weeks after my daughter was born.... with a brand new item... the manufacturing warranty was expired. That seems like product issue on your end. I don't have a recipt because it was a gift. So now I have a bottle warmer thaya arching when it's on and ia a fire hazard.
Your company was terrific to work with. You helped me so much and I appreciated the personal touch. Someone called to try and help with fitting the mask but I had already left on my trip. Unfortunately the cpap I ordered wasn't all that great.
