Review Time
It seemed quite silly to need a prescription from my physician for a refill of humidification cartridges for my ResMed AirMini. Because if I already have an AirMini that needs re-supply, clearly I have a prescription to have acquired the device in the first place.
The representative was very nice and helpful, however, it seems crazy to me that I can’t even get replacement valves from them for their own sippee cups! However the rep is sending me a whole new cup for my inconvenience but I still will be short a replacement valve for one of the cups that I already have! I do love the particular cups that I have for my one year old. Good product just wish replacement parts were available!
The airmini is a great cpap for its size. The unit works well. It is much louder than my home cpap and will likely take a user a couple nights to get used to. I wish I could wear my nightly mask with this. I bought an adapter to allow me to use my daily mask but it was much louder.
Items were missing from the box I received. Upon receiving the last shipment, I traveled and simply packed the new box of supplies and did not bring the old setup, I arrived to find no humidifier cartridges, and no size medium nose piece which is what I needed! I haven’t had time to address the matter. Very disappointing.
