My question was answered honestly. A second resource will be sent to my email. (I wanted a specific size they did not carry.)My previous experience of ordering an air mini was very positive also. I am very satisfied with the AirMini.
My package was shipped in a timely manner, but dumped on the front porch in the rain without any requirement for a signature. I also ordered small masks and got 3, in 3 different sizes. Now I will have to buy 2 separately and they are not cheap. Finally, I have had connectivity challenges with the software and have no idea how to get help. Very frustrating.
Noise Problems. Second time i'm 3rd time I'm requesting Help!I see other people are having the same problems too.what are you doing about this Resmed? your not even responding to my request. I'm requesting a response and ResMed solving this problem for me and others. can you send a hose that does not have the noisy air adaptor please.You have no problem sending me request to buy more of your useless humidifier filter that are part of the problem. please help. I took my mini with me to North Africa, of course not knowing if the electric conversion tool would work with it. Surprisingly, I had no problems and the travel CPAP worked like a charm. I was very happy with it and it achieved my desired sleep results.
Ty did a great job addressing my concerns about the machine pressure and facilitated shipping for correction. Even though I was frustrated, he continued to follow up on my issue, answer my email quickly, and keep me informed about the process.
