Bad experience!

They asked me to send them a short video of the bottle to prove that it leaks a lot and everytime I attach and send , it doesn't get sent to them and I get a msg saying that their email doesn't accept this type of media. So I replied twice and asked if there is another way I can send it or what can I do next and no reply until today

Its great to have different mask…

Its great to have different mask options. The cradle worked best for me.I would like to be able to link my 2 machines. I have a mini that I use for travel. The number one thing for me is that I am no longer tired during the day.

My Airmini couldn't be shipped to Canada

My Airmini couldn't be shipped to Canada so I had to pick it up it up at a FedEx depot in Vermont. I knew in advance what I was up against. When I opened the package there was no travel bag and when I pointed that out to the company, I guess they didn't believe me so I had to send a picture of everything I received to prove my point. They still couldn't mail me that bag to Canada!!!! So I have to pick that up in Vermont...in spite of it being their mistake...very frustrating!

Extremely inconvenient to have to sign…

Extremely inconvenient to have to sign for the package through FedEx. Their delivery attempts were always while I was at work. I had to take a half day off work to go a very far distance to the distribution center to pick it up. I am asking for a different option next time. What could we do differently? Thanks
