My regular provider told me there was a back order on AirMinis of 8 weeks. Called the ResMed toll free number and spoke with a helpful representative who directed me to the ResMed website, which was very user-friendly, well organized, and informative. I had my equipment in a couple of days.
Love the package and appearance but the only problem is that it make noise when inhale and this cause problem!!! I use this to prevent snoring and disturbing sound for my wife but this noise create the exact same problem not just for my wife anymore but for me to sleep continuous through the night as well.
The ResMed Team worked with me well over a 3 week trial of the travel mini. I have been a regular CPAP ResMed user for 3 years without difficulty. However, despite trying all the interventions and medication given by my provider I was unable to tolerate the mini. The ResMed team was very collaborative during this time and worked with me to get the equipment returned. Customer service was excellent!
Rachael on the customer support team is truly a gem! She went out of her way to actually check the warehouse to have an item sent to me that no other retailer could. I’m so glad she was on the other end of the phone. Not only was she kind and courteous but she was quick and delivered on her promise. Give this lady a promotion and a massive raise!
