Shouldnt have needed a signature, but eventually arrived

I ordered a replacement power cord but for some reason it was shipped with the requirement of a signature. It added an additional 7 days since my apartment doesn't have a staffed front desk and after a bit of shipping delay it had to be rerouted which also incurred delays. Bad choice at the shipping decision, but otherwise the item seems fine.

Air mini humidity problem

Unfortunately the airmini does not work for me. The humidity level caused me to sneeze and my nose to run for 3 days nonstop. I had to return it. I tried both humidity cartridges. The x model was worse, but neither worked.

Easy to work with

Easy to work with. Was told a send date of Friday and didnt ship until Monday. Also unable to ship to me direct, to TN, so went to my parents first. But love the equip.

Horrible customer service

They ask for a ton of information as to the nature of the problem, along with pictures and videos. They then will tell you they don’t have the capacity to send out parts or units, We will bring you back to the retailer is the product is under warranty. The retailer refers you back to the company. Worst customer service. I will not be buying another one of their products.

Absolutely outstanding! I called with concerns with a set of soothers I had bought that smelled like chemicals even after being sterilized. Customer service was amazing! Recommend them over and over.
