Early thoughts on a great bike. I have the Eclipse C380+ HMB 55" orange version in the UK. I'm really pleased with it. I like the Enviolo gear hub stepless gears, BUT it is significantly noisier when the motor is on. There is an electrical whine from the motor which stops when it's ridden when the electric motor is turned off. It is not very loud, but when people compliment the belt drive as being silent, it is a shame to have that motor noise! I have ridden other ebikes, which are whine free under load. The noise will not bother you in town but just might in the country.The GPS battery is supposed to last 10 days, but it did only 2 days recently when the main battery was out. Overall, though, I have no regrets. This is a positive review about all the other features. It ticks loads of boxes, and I hope to remain envy free when I see other people's purchases. I'm just giving some context. The charger is not compatible with most earlier Bosch models :-(
I had such a kind interaction and a positive experience with Rowan and Jude.I ordered a package of infant bottles with some additional accessories through Amazon and I was missing a few pieces. Amazon was unhelpful. Tommee Tippee went ABOVE AND BEYOND checking in with me to see if my concern had been resolved by Amazon (which it had not).Rowan was so apologetic for the inconvenience and has ordered some additional items for me. Thank you very much for following up with me and thank you for the gesture of kindness. I am more than happy with the level of I care received by Rowan and Jude in customer service!

I have been using this platform for over 2 years since 2023 and I must say it has a variety of FDIC banks and credit unions to choose from if you're looking to save and earn interest. When I did have a question in the beginning, they responded promptly and gave me the answers I was looking for! Best of all they charge NO fees for their service!! I receive statements monthly and at the end of the year for tax purposes!! I give them 5 stars because they have earned it!!!
Shortly after depositing $73k in my high yield savings account, I received a promotional offer of $50 for each additional $10k deposited. I was irked, as this isn't the first time I'd received an offer like this from Raisin right after dumping the bulk of my savings into one of their accounts. The response I received was snide, smarmy, condescending, and useless (yes, it's actually possible to be all these things in tandem, as Raisin did a stellar job of demonstrating). My takeaway is my continued business doesn't warrant the $50 bonus they only ever seem to offer immediately after I'm no longer in a position to benefit from it. There are better interest rates out there. Be advised! ETA: Notice that their pointless rebuttal affirms exactly what I'm talking about--I missed this promotion by a mere seven days, and apparently they can't loop me in after making a substantial deposit. Petty, grasping, and the truth of how they treat their customers, whatever unctuous, simpering nonsense they spew.
I reached out to this company because I had lost a rubber seal for a sippy cup. They asked for a picture to make sure they could get me the right piece, and sent me 2 replacements at no cost at all. Great place, great customer service, will continue to purchase their products!
