I tried to open a Raisin account 2 days…

I tried to open a Raisin account 2 days ago but the website wouldn't open an account. Got an error "There was a problem verifying your identity using the information you provided. We cannot complete your registration at this time."I contacted customer service twice two days ago and got no response to open an account. I guess they don't want me to open an account with them. 3-31 Update: I contacted Raisin again by phone. They still couldn't help me open an account so I won't be using them.
