It was easy to download the app, and easy to use it to scan which books they would accept. They gave me a paid mailing form, so all I had to do was fill the box, add the label and take it to a FEDEX location. They were also pretty prompt in telling me how much I would receive in a check, and it arrived with little waiting.
My wonderful representative Karri helped resolve the issue very well! She was gracious and even took the extra time to call me back when the system was not working and replaced the pacifiers that I was having issues with. Overall and wonderful experience and I am very satisfied by the customer care received!!
