Review Time
I was going on a European vacation and cringed at the thought of dragging along my CPAP. My doctor suggested a mini ResMed. Why didn't I hear about this sooner!?! The unit is the size of a popsicle, it is quiet, it all fits in a tote bag about 6 x 9, the headware is the same type as the big one but you cannot interchange. AND, the company had it in my hands in juat a couple of days. Love it!
Difficult to get to a human being; no response to messages; prescription requirements were a nightmare and handled badly (by FAX?! Really????) I thought I was saving time going directly to Resmed. What a joke. It took a day to place my order and get charged for it, and weeks to have my order fulfilled. After all that, the settings are wrong, so now I have to ship the unit back to get them fixed. What century are we in?
