I ordered a washbasin at Reuter which was stated to be available for dispatching within 2-3 weeks. I received it after 10 days which was a really good surprise. The item meets perfectly my expectations. The only regret I have is that they never answered the phone or respond to my emails regarding my concerns about the delivery time.
I ordered some Hansa shower parts as the prices were about 40% less than those charged in France. The items were not in stock, and advertised as 'delivery in 2-3 weeks'. That is precisely what happened. Goods were shipped and received in France via UPS. If this is the same as company as reuter.de or reuter GmbH (I believe it is as they are all based in Moenchengladbach), I also congratulate them on their efforts to provide information in good English - an encouragement for buyers from outside Germany.
