Review Time
We decided to rebuild the bathroom and wanted Laufen or Villeroy and Bosh ceramic. We opted for Laufen but prices in Ireland were just crazy e.g. 2 to 3 times the price than reuter.com or any UK websites offered. As a tech guy, I dive in and validated website validity and took chance and Order Laufen Pro S series rimless wall hung toilet with 60CM basin and vanity unit. Geberit frame + flush plate and Duofresh system for Geberit frame. Total about 1400 EU. We receive Ceramics within 2 weeks of order. Super packaged delivered to door. No any issues with anything. We were delighted as if we would order via Irish shops we were getting 12 weeks waiting time for Laufen. One note I would make is that we did order what was shown in Stock.
I have requested a refund from you. This has been processed incorrectly and has been sent using the IBAN of my international holding bank and not my own personal IBAN. My bank cannot link the funds to my personal IBAN as don’t have sufficient information and have advised you need to recall the money and then send the transfer again using my correct details. I have emailed and phoned you everyday for 18 days and you don’t seem to be taking any action to rectify this. I am unsure why you are being so unhelpful and difficult as this should be easy to resolve. I want / need my money back ASAP.
Rubbish customer service. Missing a shower from my first delivery and 10 days on i am still trying to sort it out but nothing from them. Also waiting 10 weeks for a delivery due to advertising products which they do not have in stock and which is totally misleading people.
I selected this seller due to certification on client follow up and quality. Result: a poor client service, no follow up and no escalation possibility. The order is still not delivered after 4 calls to the call center, about 10 e-mail exchanges, promises of follow up, expectation on prioritization. I deeply advise not to order at Reuter.
Ordered three showers and they took a week to dispatch to Ireland. Once dispatched I tracked them online. They arrived in Galway and the comments on the UPS website indicated incorrect address and that the customer would collect. I immediately checked the address and Eircode and everything was accurate. I called UPS and indicated that there was nothing wrong with the address and why does the system state that I would collect. Phone call took 25 mins just to explain that everything was OK with address and I was informed that I would be called by depot within two hours. Still waiting for the phone call!!!!!!
I have ordered all bathroom fittings through Reuter. Most of the items were not possible to source in the uk or at a 20% increased price. It wasn’t straight forward, I also changed some items and Reuter was flexible, at the end we sorted it all out. Also I did appreciate that once the order placed Reuter contacted me to say that some items will be needed to fit that I didn’t order.I was aware of the reviews here about timelines. And I would advise that once you have timelines for the order as all will be sent in one if you want other items quicker just contact Reuter and ask for the order to be split (there might be a delivery charge for that). My last point is that you don’t always email with someone who speaks fluently in English so some issues might be complicated by a loss through translation... but at the end I will be going back to Reuter for bathroom fittings in the future.
Unfortunately their website is a little misleading. They state that many of their items are available for dispatch in 2-3 weeks... This doesn't mean you will get your items in 2-3 weeks. The delivery is then 1-2 weeks later. Their site is misleading, despite all the small print at the bottom. They should update the site to clearly state when their customers should expect their order (3-5 weeks).
In the past couple of months I have placed two orders for sanitary wear with Reuters. On both occasions, I have been really satisfied! Both orders delivered to Ireland within a week of order date. Fantastic Website and service. I couldn't be happier. Top Service, Thank you Reuters :-)
