I ordered a bathtub at the end of January. The website falsely stated that the product was in stock;

I ordered a bathtub at the end of January. The website falsely stated that the product was in stock; in reality, I received the order after about a month. Of course, it arrived incomplete, missing an essential component required for installation.

I filed a complaint the very same day. The company responded on the 14th day (the maximum time allowed by law), stating that the complaint had been accepted. During those 14 days, there was absolutely no concrete information provided. The hotline does not offer any useful information—only email contact is available.

Now it has been almost a week since the complaint was accepted, and I am still waiting for a shipping date. As a result, both the cost and duration of my renovation have increased, which, of course, is of no concern to the store.

In the meantime, I requested a technical drawing of the missing component so we could somehow move the work forward, but they were unwilling or unable to help with that as well.

This has been my first and last experience with this store. I recommend using more reliable companies that are genuinely focused on customer support.

I ordered the order 8799865 on February the 4th. Invoice was received same day. Delivery received on February 12th. Everything went smooth and professional. I called to customer service and they answered fast. Very good company, competitive prices and good service.

Very positive experience ordering to Portugal

Very positive experience ordering several shipments of bathroom fixtures from Grohe. The support was very fast and usually pretty good. Sometimes I got 1-sentence answers which were a little lazy, but in general I'm impressed with the company. I ordered from Germany, but had items shipped to Portugal which was flawless. These items were half the price of what they would cost me here and delivered much faster! There was a delay with one item. but I was able to cancel it.I have not yet tried returning any items (30 day return policy), but will do so soon and report back if there are problems.

100% recommend

Hesitant at first due to the bad reviews but I couldn't have been happier. I was unable to find better prices in Switzerland, all the products were shipped to my door within 3 days and customer service reached out to me between order and shipping to let me know I forgot several parts to make the bathroom set complete. Will definitely order the rest of the bathroom at Reuter as well.

I hesitated for a long time before ordering, mainly because of so many bad reviews. But I wanted Villeroy & Boch so much that I decided to take the risk :) I ordered everything that was in stock, and I have to say, I’m so glad I did! My package arrived exactly as planned,two weeks later, everything was delivered to my address in Sweden. Perfectly packed, no damage, exactly what I ordered. I’m so satisfied. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations.

Fast delivery, great condition!

I have no idea why there are bad reviews. Was finding it so hard to get a choice of colour in Geberit flushplates in store and online in Ireland.Went online to this website, got exaclty what I wanted and it was fast delivery. Good price too!

Really poor

Really poor. I have been waiting weeks for any communication. All items are marked ready to dispatch. I phone long distance this morning very early and was told it would definitely ship today. When I didn’t get an email to confirm dispatch, I phoned again this evening and was told it ‘was too late now, it would definitely ship Monday’. I asked what happened. I was told ‘that was then , this is now’. All emails are automated responses. It’s not even as if shipping is cheap. My whole job on-site here is held up for this! No one can tell me anything apparently or it is just made up to get me off the phone . But they are well able to take your money! I even bought the ‘trusted shops’ insurance. Ha ha. More fool me. Stay away. If you have any problem you are on your own. Like another reviewer I ordered one item back in January and all was fine. So I am only seeing all the ‘one star’ reviews now. Below reply fails to address that as of the time of writing the items still have not shipped. And there was and still is no communication at any stage. But effort has been put into answering this!!! All that tells me is that there is more effort expended on public relations and image than in actually addressing the problems.

Very speedy delivery to Ireland, super process

I ordered a Blanco tap from them (Reuter.de), really easy website to navigate, a clear tracking process of my shipment and communication with them. Arrived within a week of ordering. Excellent. Very happy, well done team Reuter! I was a little nervous because of the reviews here but their website really impressed me, obviously pro's. I suspect that people often tend to only leave reviews when dissatisfied. So, making the effort as a satisfied customer.
