I am surprised to see people not being satisfied. I made 3 bathrooms and bought everything from Reuter.com. The customer service was great, they even helped me when a wash basin broke while we were installing it. In particular Mehmeti has helped me enormously and was always kind to support with the orders, payments, cancellations and re-ordering. I would definitely use their services again.
My order number is 7643085. This website is RIDICULOUS I ordered they charge right away and then a few days later say that they don’t have things in stock that it will take 10 days to get an email with an update it has been way longer than 10 days, 4-5 emails and BO REPLAY!!! They just ghost you!!!!!!! You are scamming people form the money!!! I want a replay of when my order will be delivered or a want my money back! And a replay from you! What is this!!! NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!!!
Domani mattina depositero’ una denuncianper truffa dettagliata. Tanto dovrebbe bastare per non far cadere altri consumatori nella rete di questa societa’.Aquistato un prodotto ad ottobre rinviano ogni giorno con le piu generiche scuse la spedizione, che oggi dopo quasi 2 mesi mi dicono sia stata assegnata allo spedizioniere, che dovrebbe impiegare 15 giorni lavorativi per la consegna. Gli addetti che cambiano nome scaricando le reciproche responsabilita (alle volte ilaria alle volte sara o alessandro) si vedono bene dal comunicare un numero di traking ne’ di telefono del corriere. Il personale del centralino abile a dare informazioni generiche, da garanzie e rassicurazioni in linea con uno schema commerciale diretto solo a raggirare il consumatore. Al momento ho da oltre un mese il cantiere bloccato in attesa del prodotto che nelle impalpabili rassicurazioni del customer care del venditore dovrebbe arrivare in un altro mese.Inizialmente la gentilissima quanto scaltra venditrice invitandomi ad un immediato pagamento mi aveva rassicurato la spedizione in 4 giorni lavorativi.Non ci sono altri temini per definire la truffa che questa società ed i suoi addetti hanno ordito.Tomorrow morning I will file a detailed scam report. This should be enough to avoid letting other consumers fall into the net of this company.Having purchased a product in October, they postpone the shipment every day with the most generic excuses, which today after almost 2 months they tell me has been assigned to the shipping company, which should take 15 working days for delivery. The employees who change their names by discharging each other's responsibilities (sometimes Ilaria, sometimes Sara or Alessandro) are well advised to communicate a tracking number or the courier's telephone number. The switchboard staff is able to give generic information, guarantees and reassurances in line with a commercial scheme aimed only at deceiving the consumer. At the moment I have had the construction site blocked for over a month waiting for the product which, in the impalpable reassurances of the seller's customer care, should arrive in another month.Initially, the very kind and shrewd seller, inviting me to make an immediate payment, reassured me that the shipment would take 4 working days.There are no other terms to define the scam that this company and its employees have hatched.
Pray the item received is fine as their returns process is a joke. I have been waiting a month for UPS to collect the parcel, which once Reuter receive, they will send the replacement ... My bathroom is no closer to getting a washbasin and in retrospect, should have used a local company
I used Reuter 12 years ago and they were excellent so I never looked at review this time when I played my order.The order has taken months to get into stock but I understand it was a supply problem. Delighted when I was notified order had shipped! order arrived and non of the items in it are mine!!!! I have plumbers booked for next week and cannot get to speak to anyone to confirm if they still have my order or where it is. I was directed to email the reklamation dept which I have don, but I need an urgent reply and they have previously taken days to answer emails if at all. I've spent over 11,000 euro on goods!!! so disappointed. I would avoid this company too as customer service is abysmal
A surreal experience. I wanted to order a bathtub, faucets and accessoires for delivery to Portugal. I can't find clear info on the delivery times outside of Germany so I decide to call the phonenumber listed on the website, that is fully in English. I several times get an automated message in English and after waiting a short while I am transfered to a person. She informs me, seemingly offended I even asked, she speaks very little English and tells me there are no colleagues that do speak English. When I try to inform about delivery times, she makes a guess and when I try to get more clearity she laughs very loudly at some of my questions. Questions I thought were normal, such as "is the 2 weeks a guarantee or a minimum that can that turn in to 2 months?" or "if you don't know, can you tell me what freight carrier you use, so I can contact them for more info?". When she eventually, with the most annoyed voice she can muster up (or maybe she has a larger range, I don't know her), tells me she will have a colleague with better English call me back and I ask when I can expect such a call, she again starts to laugh loudly (as if I am asking her something completely insane). I don't think I have ever experienced such a surreal customer call. Needless to say we have decided to order our products somewhere else.
AVOID! The service of this company has become so bad.I have ordered 2 tabs (Grohe blue) for Continental Europe - 6 weeks later, 1 finally arrived by was not the item ordered...the other has not.They want me to send them back the one I have received without receiving the right one I ordered, not mentionning that I have no tap.No comment!
I purchased 3 sofa beds that I required for my summer business from reuter back in mid February. On the website is said they were in stock and would be delivered in approximately 3-5 weeks. Here I am over 5 months later with no products. I was charged in full over €3k upon ordering and frustratingly they still haven't arrived. I have emailed many times to get a date for delivery yet have had no real indication when I can expect them. The entire time they are still listed on reuter as being in stock with approx delivery in 3-5 weeks. This is intentionally misleading customers who they will gladly take large sums of money from, having no idea when they might be able to fulfil the order. I can't even plan a summer holiday in case they are dispatched and arrive when we are away. A poor company to deal with, unless you don't mind paying for something and receiving it any random time months or years later, give this company a miss.
Don’t risk it.The problem with us was that after we bought all the bath items from them, when we needed some part that broke or get damaged, wasn’t any service and nobody care about it so we had to take all the bath wall down once to replace the shower because they really didn’t want to try to find it for us. I can say the company have lost much to the service comparing 10 years ago. During all this year’s every time we needed something we could see that the service from the company get worst and worst. Of course this time was the last try we made. Is sad because in the beginning we thought they made a good job. But things change of course and unfortunately to the much worst. I feel sorry that I risked buy online from this company my bath items, but feel lucky that this happened just before we start to buy the things for the new one. About your reply I have to say that the first time I needed a part and was bad the service.. You still deliver to my country.... So no excuse for that. The second you put me to feel up a form I don't know why.. So to reply raw... You have to change your toilets that hanging on the wall.
