Review Time
I have had Arlo cameras for several years now and they are ideal for protecting my property. I get alerts even when on holiday if anyone approaches the property, which allows me to monitor their activity and take appropriate action. Contacting the police if required.
Although the cameras work and the subscription service saves events very well, the customer service is not very good. It is difficult to obtain the degree of attention that is required, and, it appears that there is much more information about what are the does and dont’s than appear in any of the documentation that I have seen. The use of solar panels is a case in point.

My request was a respond to received support mail ... from you. And it took me so much time to only respond to your email... No wonder that you have a lot todo when your supporting systems are so bad that I had to call you.Short summary:- link to support case in mail from you does not work (invalid token)- no overview of support issues on my page - no way to respond using email, web og chatbot.- your chatbot is useless, not able to answer anything and always repeats it self. not able to put me through to a person either.
Arlo Pro 3 cameras are without doubt the worst product I have ever bought.I'm constantly messing about with the wireless cameras reinstalling them, reconnecting them etc. The batteries do not last anywhere near what they say they do. I have just been away on holiday and my camera went off line for no apparent reason (which happens all the time). I've currently now been 2 hours trying to get it to work again. The other month Arlo would not let me login, had to use my work laptop and now have to everytime. The full system is just garbage, also the tech support is on the website, if you can't login you can't get support as there are no numbers to call.I've given it one star because there isn't a zero star option.In short a horrendous product, please don't waste your money and months worth of your time like I did.
Too complicated to report a problem, and when you do get through to somebody they dont believe you when you tell them what the problem is. It would be easier to just get me to send the equipment back to you for inspection and then arrange what to do about it. I expected better from a big company thats why i bought this equipment but realy disapointed .
The big let down at the moment is the App (in my opinion). The previous version was fine but the new layout is confusing and far from intuitive. I also think that firmware upgrades since Verisure took on the service can be very detrimental to battery life on the older cameras.
