Absolutely terrible support

Absolutely terrible support. If you don’t pay for a subscription, you can only talk to a chatbot that is completely useless. I will never, ever buy their products again.

Failure to deliver product

Odered a doorbell and garden camera on 4 August 2025. Still has not arrived. Support has been disappointing, with chat and voice unable to help. Sent email given to me by support only to be told I need to go back to voice call. I have requested my money back. Wonder how long that will take?

I strongly urge others to be cautious before ordering

I returned my order in its original condition and sealed boxes provided by the company. The courier has confirmed that the return was successfully delivered back to the company on 31 July 2025. Despite this, I have still not received my refund, and it has now been over 14 days.According to the company’s website, refunds are supposed to be processed within 5 days of receiving the return, yet I’ve received no refund and no communication. I’ve reached out multiple times via email and the chatbox, but have been completely ignored.This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected far better from a company of this size. I strongly advise others to exercise caution before ordering.It was a mistake that I did not read the reviews of other reviewers.

Rubbish. Completely unreliable and unreachable

Rubbish. Avoid. My access via app and online web browser is down suddenly and has been for hours. No status messages to advise tech issue. No joy even after password reset. Useless chatbot and you have to pay for support even thoughI already pay 12 quid per month for a mediocre camera recording service!!! Completely useless. Will be selling my cameras and investing in Tapo instead!!! Arlo sucks!!!

Not worth the hassle

Did not renew subscription. Wanted to record to local storage. I have 3 cameras, only one is recording to local storage. Removed the other 2 cameras to reset up and have had nothing but problem after problem setting them up. Eventually got the door bell re-added. Tried testing recording to local storage didn't even alert that motion is detected. Now it's saying doorbell is offline. The only step that may work, as per the article is to factory reset. I dont want to have to go through that again as nothing but problems but seems to be the only option. It's not the base as other camera is fine and recording locally. Not worth the hassle with arlo cameras.

I upgraded my system from an older Arlo…

I upgraded my system from an older Arlo camera package, again 4x units but now without a base station and much improved battery life. I may add additional cameras to the system and pair some with solar panels.
