I haven't received the e-ticket and cannot reach anyone at the aggregator in any way. After several attempts to reach an agent through the chatbox I was finally put into an online queue - waited a long time only to be disconnected when my turn came. No phone number anywhere and email response asks for 5 days. What kind of company is this?
