My experience with Budget Air was absolutely fantastic! I was literally on the phone with a Priceline agent—who was very helpful—and together we were searching every corner of the internet and his systems for an affordable flight. That’s when a pop-up from Budget Air caught my eye, offering not only the best travel itinerary but also an incredible rate. It beat Priceline’s lowest price, even with their employee discount, by $800!I’ll admit, I was nervous it might be a scam. But everything went exactly as promised. They clearly explained the next steps, and I received my tickets the very next day. I was able to load my confirmation numbers into each airline’s website and see my tickets with no issues.I am so, so pleased. The next time I book an international flight; Budget Air will be my first stop. I still have no idea how they managed to secure not just the best price, but also the best travel route—and all at the last minute. I was definitely skeptical but ended up being so pleasantly surprised. THANK YOU, Budget Air!
Really the cheapest ticket price compared to other sites. However the booking process felt a bit exhausting with too many add on suggestions along the way, and every booking step I was need to opt out of extras, which is exhausting experience
The site did not book the flights I had originally selected. The site errored 3 times before processing payment and once payment processed flight times were changed to midnight arrivals when I selected noon arrivals. I Would like to have my original selection at not extra fees as this is not an error on my end. I have also tried to cancel the flights as it’s allows free cancelation up to 24 hours but requires a consult with an agent. When I try to consult with an agent I get a reply that they are all busy and wait time is long and recommended I use the automatic service or consult later….. I have been doing this over and over since yesterday. I would appreciate it if I could talk to someone on the phone to help me
bought a ticket for a friend to fly from the Philippines to San Francisco through BudgetAir. I paid extra ($58) for Travel Protectors Plus insurance, thinking it would give me help if anything went wrong. Here’s the problem: • The first flight only includes one checked bag, while the next two connecting flights have two bags included. Why would the same itinerary have different baggage allowances? That makes no sense. • I’ve tried reaching BudgetAir, but there’s no phone number that connects me to a human. Everything is AI chatbots or online forms that go nowhere. • I also can’t reach anyone at the insurance company (Travel Protectors Plus). There’s no real contact info, just automated systems. So what’s the point of paying for insurance if you can’t use it?I’m frustrated, because the whole reason I used a travel agency was so I wouldn’t have to deal with these headaches myself. Now I’m stuck, and my friend might have to pay extra baggage fees at the airport.I need BudgetAir to: 1. Fix the baggage allowance on the first flight to match the others 2. Provide real customer service I can actually reach by phone or email 3. Help me use the insurance I paid for becauseright now, I would not recommend BudgetAir or the Travel Protectors Plus insurance.
