Horrible delay in eTicket confirmation, Chat service is a joke

Booked my flights on Friday evening and received confirmation of payment charged right away. It has been almost 48 hours, and I have yet to receive the eTicket confirmation -- customer service is chatbot, and to get to an agent you would have to wait an hour or more (even as chats). No phone number to call them directly either!

It is worst place to book tickets it is scam. Even after booking value ticket for ethiad airways they booked basic where i was suppose to pay $400 just for baggage.
