I made a mistake with the booking date and realized immediately. Customer service offered to have me change the ticket - paying more than I would for a new ticket because of all the fees, and offered no options for even a partial refund.
Providing false information to customers asking them to contact airlines directly when issues are encountered yet AS A THIRD PARTY/MIDDLE PERSON - this is never the case. Airlines are aware that BudgetAir employees regularly to do this to avoid back and forth. Do better. When someone inquires about ticket issues, a real effort to resolve an issue is recommended
I had a very bad experience with the agent and the manager I booked my tickets for a wrong date I called less than 10 hrs to change the tickets and cancel my booking since it was less than 24 hours they refuse to help me and gave a hard time
I am cutting one star for the limited payment options on BudgetAir while booking tickets.Currently, I didn’t find any payment options other than Credit/Debit Card.In India, we need Net Banking and UPI-enabled payment gateways for better convenience and transaction security.Also, please disable the drop-down auto-suggestion when typing the email address on your booking form — it causes unnecessary confusion during checkout.
