There isn't a customer service number to resolve my ticket issues.I need to modify my ticket. The automated system on the website is saying that I wouldn't be refunded. I have contacted the airline and they say it is free to cancel but I have to go through Budget air.However, there isn't a number to call budget air.
I bought a fully refundable ticket but unfortunately got sick and couldn't travel. I have been trying to get a refund for a few days and now they are completely refusing it. You can't speak to a customer rep about your situation. Their 100% refundable policy is a total scam. You might as well save the money and risk the whole purchase amount.
My experience is bad. I booked a ticket for 173 dollars and mistakes in the date only. When I contacted them. I want to modify the date. They told me to pay 256 dollars, which means twice the ticket and more. When I told them that I want to cancel the ticket, my mother told me that I will not get my money back again. Bad customer service. My experience was bitter and I will not rebook again through this site.
