You didn't mention the currency and when I paid I thought the amount was Australian dollars, while the site's amount was US dollars and a large amount was deducted from my account. I have bought from your site many times before but this is the last time.
I wanted refunds for ticket service. The site tricked me to click the wrong button and did not want this added. I asked for a refund rigbt after the purchase but budgetair couldn't give me a refund. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED and I well as would not use this site again.
This airline don’t have proper customer support even after reaching to them if we request a call back there is nothing done and for cancellation there is no refund from their end nor if we ask information take longer time to reply
