I accidently booked the wrong date, I should blame myself and google, which provided the link with the wrong date, and I did not double-check. Immediately after I paid, I realized my stupid mistake. However, I was charged $110 for agency fee, which is too much. I will never use your website to book any air tickets in the future, I probably will still use my chase travel, which allows 24-hr cancel without any fee. BTW, I just realized that your price is $210 vs $160 in other website.
I booked a flight and it said I could add my luggage at the end. I was never able to add my luggage, so 30 minutes later I wanted to cancel my trip. I contacted a representative and they told me my flight had already been booked and I couldn’t cancel it. I would never use this site again.

It didn’t feel thoughtful or customer-friendly at all. I ended up booking through a different site, and I will never purchase from BudgetAir again. Thank you for showing how unfair your service can be in this kind of situation.I believe that for customers in situations like this, showing some basic consideration should be the minimum standard.
