They were our electricity providers for 9 months in Setubal, Portugal, about a year and a half ago. When we moved out we ended the contract in order to merge our electricity and internet providers into one (another company which already provided us with the internet). Until that point all was well, but their last invoice, for some reason that was never explained to us, was much higher than usual. Now that was one year and a half ago, so I don't really remember by how much margin but it was in the ballpark of twice or three times the usual amount. Anyway, I can get over that. What I can't get over with is the fact that they have kept calling me on my phone number several times a week ever since the cancelation of the contract. For one year and a half I've been telling them to remove my phone number from their databases and stop bothering me, but either their call centers can't fulfill this simple request, or they don't want to. Anyway enough is enough. I don't have any patience left for their business practices anymore.

Untrustworthy!

So having written a review that was not favourable, endesa finally take notice of me. They have charged me outrageous charges for many months and now they have been exposed they are worried. There is no point in them offering me discounts now, it is too late. I would never trust them again.

STAY AWAY Worst company and service i have ever recieved.For starters their website does not load properly and has constant loading bugs.But the most annoying thing is the SPAM CALLS i am getting since the day i registered , sometimes up to 4-5 calls a dayI regret ever signing up with Endesa , if you know what's best for you - stay away from them

Wrong meter and not billed for a year

When I bought my house. I was being billed for my neighbour's house, which was discovered when they got solar power a few months later, this was corrected when my neighbour switched to Repsol and then I didn't get bills for a year, an issue that I had raised continuously month after month... I asked for a payment schedule when they would finally send the bill which was approved, however they then made attempts through direct debit to collect the whole outstanding amount for the year in one go, thankfully I'd cancelled the direct debit. Total mess this company, the months (maybe even years, for previous owner of the house) on the wrong meter have also never been corrected. The app also displays bills as paid that are not paid, followed by threatening emails to pay and the app showing the previous bill that was showing paid as unpaid. The people at the office in Magaluf were friendly and helpful, but the IT of this company is a disaster.

I can never get help, nobody speaks English

I can never get help from customer service! I have been calling for over 3 weeks, and I choose option 2 on the phone which means I should talk to an English speaking representative. It’s NOT ok! I have been a client for years and I don’t want to be that anymore. This is really bad. If you don’t have anyone in customer service that speaks English, why do you have that offer to press “2” when we call you???

An efficient and caring company

A highly efficient company with an impressive level of customer service. Lots of information is provided on energy consumption so you always know exactly what you owe. Good advice on how to reduce consumption is also regularly provided. An informative app is available which gives easy access to contracts, past bills and so on as well as giving access to the excellent’Para Ti’ scheme. All in all, a good company which actually appears to care about customer satisfaction.
