Baxi boiler Venturi problem.

The plumber arrived in good time and solved a problem with my boiler very quickly. The part was fitted and all done within an hour. Very pleased.

EXCELLENT THE BEST COMPANY AROUND After 2 really bad experiences with other companies going and then dragging out for time and parts which were not even needed in the end. These guys were fabulous from start to finish. Joe was over the phone really reassuring, explaining everything they could do. The Engineer Gary Brown was then there within an hour and completely fixed the problem. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Best company 100% use them.Had another problem the next day Gary was straight out to help again I cannot recommended this company enough the best by far I’ve ever used. If I could give them 10 stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing definitely the best company around don’t use anyone else

Burglar alarm misbehaving!

Had a minor emergency with a burglar alarm that was making some very antisocial noises! Rang EPHG and an electrician arrived within an hour. Problem sorted and the wife's shredded nerves returned to normal.

Really impressed by this service

Really impressed by this service. Our boiler broke down on a Friday night in very cold weather and our regular heating company don't do 24 hour call out. EPHG quickly found me a brilliant heating engineer who came out quickly and fixed the problem. I'd never have found him on my own. Recommended highly.

Call answered quickly and great service.

Called after 5pm and call answered quickly. We had leak from cold water tank down through lights into bathroom below. Plumber visit arranged for within 120 minutes and he arrived well within this time. Fixed very quickly and full explanation for cause of leak given. Also advised as to DIY preventative measures. We phoned several “emergency plumber services” none of whom could visit until the following morning. It cost us just over £100 but prevented further flooding of the loft flooring and rafters and the bathroom beneath. Very pleased with the service.

Made an emergency call at 11:15pm

Made an emergency call at 11:15pm - unlike several others the call was answered!!! After giving details and making call out charge was sent details of who was coming and arrival estimate. Very efficient and kind plumber there within half an hour of the call - immediate problem sorted. Could breathe again - flood stopped!!!

Burglary alarm won’t stop in early hours if the morning. Electrician out within 40 minutes and resolved quickly. Electrician was polite, efficient and friendly. Great service

    Even though our terms and rates are available online, we verbally explain the rates, take a deposit, ask our clients to reply to a text or an email in writing to confirm the agreement including rates over the phone before we start the work. If we don't get a written agreement, our clients can ask for the payment to be voided the same day or a refund any other day.
