CALLED EPHG TO SOLVE A ELECTRICAL PROBLEM . THEY GOT IN TOUCH WITH A LOCAL COMPANY TO COME AND SOURT THE JOB THAT WAS FINE . THE BAD NEWS IS THEY CHARGED ME 118 POUNDS CALL OUT FEE JUST TO RING SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE JOB I FIND THIS ABSOLUTLEY DISCUSTING . I WAS CHARGED ANOTHER 118 POUNDS BUY THE ELECTRIAN WHO DID THE JOB WHICH I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH
Had a problem with a shower that I couldn't fix and had water running non stop. Contacted EPHG on bank holiday Monday, prompt reply to the phone call, took details and they understood the problem. Plumber arrived in just over 60 mins, very polite, came in and sorted the problem very quickly. Also went on and finished installing the rest of the shower. Great service, full up front details of the costs and didn't vary from what they offered. Would recommend anytime.
Late on a Sunday we lost all power to our house. We called EPHG and they first helped ensure there was an issue (not a provider issue) and then sent an engineer within an hour. The Engineer who turned up was extremely professional, polite and quick to work. The issue was fixed within the hour. I would highly recommend.
Arrived home from holiday 4 hours ago to find water gushing out of the underfloor heating manifold.Rang EPHG who got a very nice competent heating engineer to our house within 30 minutes.He sorted out the leak in about one hour and was thorough checking the whole heating system. Excellent service. Based on this experience I would recommend them highly.
These guys saved us in a tight time crunch to keep out stove installation on track when pipes were found during the flue fitting. Plumber sent out was super friendly and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Worth the extra for the speed of service.
