Their website says shipping will take 15 - 20 business days and that they will email if there is a delay.It has been over 50 business days and I have received no email about a delay, not even a courier email to say it's on its way. Just a dodgy email from Erica jewels in reply to my own email, with an EXPIRED AUSPOST tracking number. All of these emails sent to me have spelling and communication errors. Do not trust this site.
Honestly disappointed. I ordered 1 singular earring from their website, I was aware I was going to have to wait a bit longer as it was coming from Canada and I’m in the UK. I placed my order on the 20th of July and still have yet to receive my order on the 1st of September. Customer service was helpful when I hadn’t received my order and sent out a new one. However, the new one was apparently delivered today but no where to be found. When I try and enter my postcode to track it, it says its not correct. I confirmes my address with customer service when they sent out the replacement. I cannot contact the courier service as there is no contact information to do so.
The earrings that I did receive are great and I am happy with them, however I took advantage of the buy 3 get 2 free promotion and didn’t receive one of the items. I emailed and my initial email was misunderstood as she thought I’d expected 2 of one type of earring, when I just hadn’t received one type of earring that I had bought. I went back to clarify, stating the item name and I’ve not heard anything back - this was over a week ago.
I rarely write reviews, but this is a good company. I ordered some earrings, which were great value for money, arrived quickly (especially as I'm in UK and they are Canadian) and are simply the best cartilege earings I've had to date (robust, easy to insert and extract and pretty). I'd highly recommend.
