Review Time
In 2021 we bought sink taps, bidet taps, shower mixer and shower head and bath mixer and taps. The design is the old fashioned design and very lovely and the chrome on brass give an excellent quality finish. The bathroom was finally installed in 2022, and since then we have had 2 components fail. I had thought that we were out of warranty and gave a bad review as I was struggling to buy the parts I needed and was disappointed. I was so very wrong. The goods have a 10 year warranty, yes folks 10 years! The customer service team rang me, surprised of course at my attempts to buy parts and told me to always ring them. Sergio was fantastic, sorting out exactly what I needed, arranging free replacements on free delivery with confirmation follow up calls. Professional, polite, friendly, helpful. Great customer service.
The experience was good apart from being unable to track the package more effectively, but that was due to the couriers. The radiator is fabulous, and on calling Hudson Reed the service was very good. The only thing I would add is, we bought we thought from Spain, but it was sent from England. On the Spanish website it says 3-5 working days, we ordered 1st of December and due to customs forms, it was despatched until the 9 th, but eventually we got it in time to have it installed before Christmas. Thank you.
There was a problem with the transport company that ended up in a great delay that I had to handle by myself to have Hudsonreed send me the lost piece again. I bought 2 radiators, four packages were sent. one lost. Replacement sent with more than 20 days difference (so concern about the return policy was made). After having all 4 packages together following the 1-page instruction to set up the 2 radiators I realize the information was misleading and that it couldn't be installed. I called again to replace one of the pieces, after the delay the misleading instructions etc, I got an "Is very expensive for us to send pick up the part that is not needed, so it won't be replaced but here it is a 25% discount to purchase the new one". That piece cost 18euros if it was included from the beginning, now it was 150e plus shipping costs. Definitely, not purchasing anything again, I would've returned everything but as it is too heavy sending it back would've cost me a lot. THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING anything HEAVY, the instructions to set it up will lead you to the conclusion that you can't install it as you thought it will be possible, and....returning won't be an option.
Perfect service!First part arrived damaged, contacted Hudson Reed with photo. Reply came the same day, replacement is shipping. Informed them that packaging was probably the issue, international shipping is more likely to be thrown around.Replacement arrived in double carton box and undamaged within a week, impressive service.Good products, easy communication, safe place to buy quality products.
The product, ok.The tinmings..on time (delivery un Spain)DHL, impossible!! To track tour parcel is almost impossible. You receive a message saying you Will receive the parcel today (from 00.00 to 23.59.....!!!!.) if you are not at home they didn't call you, you lose you slot until two days after.. the final yard can be improved a lot!!!
