Review Time
I bought an item which has had issues since purchase just over a year ago and installed 6 months ago as part of a house renovation. The item supposedly has a 20 year guarantee.After contacting the customer service department they renege on the guarantee saying, "this is a serviceable part" even though its only been in use since January this year.Avoid buying anything from this company as the after service is non existant.
***updated*** I’m updating the rating to 3 stars as we have now finally received the radiator. The update is to reflect the good quality of the radiator and the fact that customer care were obliging in changing the colour when sending the replacement order - and the follow-up calls from customer care.The new replacement order for our order of 11 August that went missing is now also stuck in customs. Shipping details have not been updated since 5 September. If the company is unable to clear an item from customs then they should not be shipping to Spain. We still have no clear view of when we might receive our radiator - if ever!
Nice products but terrible deliveryThis was the third time I had received products from Hudson Reed. First time - all went wellSecond time 2 out of 3 radiators were damaged, . Hr did replace them but 1 was again damaged by the delivery company.SEUR (delivery company) were terrible and took no care with the products which were loose in the back of their van, plus they did not communicate regarding the delivery and turned up when I said I would not be in.
I have received my radiator as per order. Beautiful color and look, excellent quality. This radiator has traveled to Spain, been held up in customs before arriving to me. The radiator was very well packaged, some damage to outer box but with the extra packaging and bubble wrap inside there was no damage to the product. Hudson Reed telephoned me to keep me informed all the way through the transport and customs. Fantastic service and customer care. DHL was used for delivery and they handle the customs end brilliantly and deliver on time once released from customers. 5 stars are not enough for the quality is service I received.
