Review Time
I ordered Microsoft Office and accidentally ordered it for Windows instead of Mac. The receipt I received was completely unreadable so I didn’t notice. Unfortunately I was then poorly so didn’t get around to loading it onto my laptop until 16 days after purchase and then discovered my error. Unfortunately they have a 14 days after purchase return policy so I lost my money. Very disappointing customer service. Update - as per their reply, I have now received a full refund for the item which I am happy with.
Office 365 subscription: the license was delivered quickly, installation is easy and it works perfectly. Nevertheless, I'm taking away 2 stars because it turns out that this license is attached to an organization called “Phoenix” which has administrator settings. Admittedly, I've changed the password on my user account, but I can imagine that, as an administrator, this company can access my account. This poses a problem in terms of confidentiality and document security. Not to mention that the OneDrive account is also associated with this organization, which I don't know. So unfortunately, this license is unusable for me. But otherwise, I give it 5 stars!
