I ordered Microsoft Office Home & Student 2021 single subscription. The product key sent was for Office Professional Plus. I only found this out after I installed it. I contacted EsdCodes and was told that they didn't have the version of Office so sent the Profession version instead, but find that it wasn't registered and supported by Microsoft.Order: 223520 Placed on 05/12/2025
Purchased a Photoshop Elements 2024 lifetime license in February 2024 (Order #KOGMWCQYM). I immediately noticed that the license was already registered to another user and reported to support; support answered that it was a resold license and that everything was fine.Today, license number has been revoked by Adobe, and the product is no longer usable.Support not answering.
