KEY CODE WAS NO LONGER VALID!

I DID NOT GET ANY SOFTWARE AT ALL! PLEASE REFUND MY PAYMENT NOW! THERE WAS NO DOWNLOAD IN MY EMAIL BOX. JUST JUMBLED LETTERS. A SECOND EMAIL HAD VERY PALE LETTERING AND I COULDN'T READ IT. THE KEY CODE THAT YOU SENT ME IN THE EMAIL THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A LINK IN IT DID NOT WORK! MICROSOFT WOULD NOT RECOGNIZE IT! WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT, THEY SAID IT WAS NO LONGER VALID! I WANT A FULL REFUND NOW!
