I was skeptical about allowing Alex to take over my computer because I was almost the victim of a scam with any desk. I caught and uninstalled it b4 damage could be done. I was desperate, my computer had been telling me since January that my Winows 8 was unsupported, but allowed me to work, etc. Not TADAY! I purchased Windows 10 and was stiffed in down loading it. I read and read and read but it was not clicking. I took a chance on Alex and he and the Microsoft Store got me straight. They downloaded, updated and cleaned up my computer when he took over. I'm so grateful because I would have had to go into the office and i was not prepared to do so. Everything looks different with the upgrade, but I like it! Thanks Alex 🙌🏾🙌🏾
