Review Time
I ordered a Transducer and sump fan for my dimplex optimyst. Sadly when my parcel arrived the sump fan wasn't present just a little piece of foam along with my Transducer. I contacted to complain and24 hrs later I was told to send a photo of exactly what arrived and the packaging slip. I waited again and 24,hrs later I got a reply from Zanich that they couldn't help as the part was ordered in 2022!. My original email gave them my order number as I have just ordered it so not sure what on earth is going on so waiting for them to phone me. The reviews were quite good hence why I ordered from them but I am not impressed one bit.
Paid extra for guaranteed Saturday delivery after ordering before the stated 9pm cut-off on Friday. The item was shown as in stock at the time of purchase.
Order remained stuck on “processing” all day Saturday and was not delivered. No communication, no warning, nothing.
This was a part we specifically needed over the weekend, and paying extra for a service that simply isn’t honoured is unacceptable. If you advertise guaranteed next-day delivery, you need to actually provide it — or don’t offer it at all.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be relying on this company again when timing matters.
The replacement oven shelves we bought are okay but they seem to shrink in the oven they are a little dangerous as they don’t stay on the sides properly and therefore the shelf drops as does anything cooking on them, they’re simply not strong enough and the extendable parts are too flimsy to hold, you have to check the extenders before every use and they can still fall during cooking
Great value and quick shipping. There was no image of the attachment fitting on the website, and I discovered it had changed since I purchased my hand blender, so I needed to return the item. However, the credit was processed without any issues. I've used replacement parts before and would definitely consider using them again.
I had a disappointing experience as I ordered the lamp shown on their site twice, but both times I received the wrong item. They were responsive in offering refunds and appear to have processed them, but I haven't received any money back for the incorrect items yet, possibly due to holiday delays.
I consistently turn to the service whenever I encounter problems with my appliances because they provide excellent support. The items I purchase fit perfectly, and if you're uncertain about installation, they even offer helpful tutorials on YouTube. Overall, it's a great choice.
Clear images of the product significantly simplify the process of determining if the part being considered is the right one. It's essential to showcase all items for sale with six different angles: front, back, both sides, top, and bottom. Alternatively, two views would suffice: one from the front bottom right displaying the bottom, right-hand side, and front, and another from the back top left. Occasionally, the images can be somewhat repetitive, showing the same angle.
I purchased a new element for my oven, but it only lasted 16 months. The company offered me a 10% discount voucher in return. Really? Thanks, but it's frustrating for me, and now they want me to spend more money? Goodbye 👋🏻
