Horrible & Rude communication, My wife was expecting and went to get her medicine while she was sitting in the car, there was small notice on the gate that few spaces are reserved for church, nothing else visible, though am living 2 streets down and never see any notice of parking been manage by Thugs, Appealed but refused straight away , no compassionate or kindness, Hopefully will fight in local court or where ever i have to go, injustice
I park for 10 min and they took 10 pictures and I am disabled I cannot sit down more the 20 min .that’s why I park there and I didn’t now there was a camera at luna shop in Leeds it’s Completely closed so they charge me 160£ to pay the ticket and I don’t have to eat so from where I will bring that money. and I Called them to pay monthly they said I need to pay it all. It was 60 now they are 160£ cos I Delay for 2 month it not fear like that .
Rubbish and disgusting company! They took about 10 photos of me parking my car in the fenced area using a disabled card... I avoid the avoided liter area, you can see in the photo that there are about two or three large trash cans, I stopped 2 meters away, claiming I was unwell, and there was a lot of nervousness, appeals, etc., illegal measures. There is a sign saying you can't park there. There are two or three large trash cans in the area marked with the sign. Just update: My appeal was rejected because I was going in the wrong direction, not the BP shop. Now I have independent appeal for them scammers!!! Bullying scum. So my daughter entered a car park that she uses everyday for university. Recently, she entered the car park after heavy overnight snow, covering the car park completely, therefore rendering the marked bays invisible. She Parkes around 9am until 4pm most days. On the said day. The snow stopped around mid morning and turned to rain, which obviously cleared the snow. This had revealed that she was slightly over the marked bay line, which to be fair, was good effort as she could not see the lines when she arrived. Obviously they sent her a PCN but surprise surprise they sent pictures once the snow had cleared. Please tell me how you are supposed to park within the bays if you can’t see the lines. Appeal was thrown out, I doubt they even read it as someone with common sense would have checked cctv and seen the condition of the car park when she arrived. Absolutely bullying scum. Well I got news for you arseh@@@s she ain’t paying no fine, I’m not allowing it. We will take it to court and watch you get laughed out of the building. Embarrassing company. We know what happens to bullies!!!!
This company operates at the marina where my boat is berthed. We were asked to give the marina our car registrations so that we would be exempt parking charges. Despite giving our registrations, I've just received a PCN from this company. Of course I will not be paying. What a bunch of money-grabbers!
I didn't realise i received an letter for PCN until the 22/12/2024 i was fined in the 6th November 2024 (£60)as i was't parked correctly in bay i have tired to get in touch with Euro parking services no joy so i have written to them as i have said its unfair i have been charged for 10 min stay at Cape in Macdonalds and i'm sure plenty of people get the same letter l
I have been working on my Mothers Property for the last year and we were assured by the building management company that parking was not enforced. I received a fine from Euro Parking Services for parking in my own Mothers designated bay! On trying to appeal the fine Euro Parking Services online appeal form will not submit - surprise, surprise! I'm not surprised that Euro Parking Services have 100% negative reviews - as they are a morally unprincipled company preying on whoever they can.
Disgusting. Parked for not even 3 minutes got out of the car saw the shop was closed read the sign to say can’t park there only customers can. Got back in car to move it all within 3 minutes now have a fore court action and a £160 fine. How is that allowed you get 10 minutes leeway with council to read signs. I’m sorry I’m not superwoman and can read at the speed of sound. Appealed got standard reply. How is a £160 fine just for 3 minutes. They say on letter respond within 14 days and surprise surprise the email they have given doesn’t exist lol absolute joke should be ashamed !
My wife entered one of their carparks on 26/10/24. She saw the signs and left the carpark to go elsewhere. The camera took the first picture at 10.24, and the second at 11.24 despite her literally turning the car around. I suspect it was something to do with the hour change that weekend! We provided them with photographic evidence from the parking company at Costa, who confirmed that the car was actually on their carpark when the first picture was taken, and hence that our 'story' was true. Apparently, this was insufficient evidence! Looking forward to court, and my costs for wasted time will be far higher than their parking fine!
