If I could give these a minus 100 rating I would.I have just had a parking fine notice from this company after staying in a hotel in Birmingham.I was unfamiliar with the area and pulled into an industrial estate next to the hotel I was staying at, it was 7pm all was in darkness so I popped into the hotel to ask where their parking was, I was in there for 5minutes.From the notice they emailed me they have taken a photo of me walking away from my car, so instead of doing the decent thing and telling me I don’t have a permit to park there so to move my car. They just slapped a parking fine on me instead.This company are complete shysters!! I truly hope what goes around comes around and they get their come uppance!!!
