What a CON!!!Received a ticket on 26th January 24, from Euro Parking Services @ St Dunstans, Kings Heath - informing me that I had overstayed my payment stay. Appealed straightaway as I had paid the correct fee. Provided them with a screenshot of both the site’s charging fee tariff & my bank payment. Received a reply back stating that I had paid at the wrong machine & £60 fine payable-tell me how I can pay at the wrong machine when there is only ONE on site! Can’t speak to anyone at EPC and their online system is pants. This company’s ethics really needs investigating!!

This company is a scam,thieves.They charged me as a Texas customer for 5 minutes of stay while 45 minutes for customers are allowed , tried to appeal, it didn't work, they said "you agreed to pay" THEY ARE SCAMERS AND THIEVES!!!!!

First of all the one star is there because you can't give a review with no stars. Parked at Barr Street Car Park in Birmingham. Ringo App not working on phone so friend paid on hers. This took 6 minutes from entering car park, finding space, sorting App issue and paying. PCN received in post. Forgot about the fiasco with the App and stupidly paid £60 fine. Euro Parking Services refuse to refund. Their first excuse was 'payment is admission of liability'. When challenged that issuance of the PCN was fraudulent, their next excuse was 'Adequate consideration period of 5 minutes was given'. Asked for evidence that Entrance Grace Period is displayed on signage. Still awaited. NEVER PAY A PCN. Wait for them to take you to court.
