Update :- I replied on the 18/2 and again today - 19/2/2026 as your response is still the same , asking to send more details but your not stating where you wish me to send the reply to please . Don’t suggest by letter please . Thank you This case started in 2023 over a vehicle parked for just 2 minutes 28 seconds while attending a pre-booked veterinary appointment. The driver , a vulnerable individual with serious health issues, had his Blue Badge displayed. Despite providing proof of the appointment and health circumstances, the charge was pursued all the way to a court hearing which had been postponed possibly for far more serious matter. This unnecessary trip resulted in the driver ultimately requiring hospital attention as court clerk had to call an ambulance. Ordinary people can experience extreme stress dealing with their enforcement practices.The company’s approach felt rigid, ruthless, and lacking empathy, showing no discretion for vulnerable individuals or short, unavoidable stops.The 1* rating (all 181) speaks volumes about the integrity of this company. 2mins 28 seconds - £60 fine! Hope they can sleep at night ! Update :- please don’t bother to reply with your same pathetic response to all the reviews here “If you believe there has been an error send us reply in the post blaa Blaa “ ! P Must be a robotic tool response as I guess it makes your stats look good - 98% response doesn’t mean it resulted in any action . Update :- I am pleased to hear that you take vulnerability seriously and requested I send you the details but have not provided any details as to here I should send this to - I hope it is not via a letter as suggested by other reviewers as I am already struggling with managing all the caring duties - thank you . Update 18/2/2026 - as you can see their replies are “paying lip service” they don’t care at all. I asked here I should send them my response they requested to which I have had no reply to -date .
If I could give this company less than one star I would. I simply pulled over to take a photo of a fault code on my car screen and got £60 fine for four minutes of stopping. My appeal has been rejected, which I’m severely disgruntled by as it states that I was in a carpark when I was in fact on a road in an industrial estate. There is no real way to get in contact with this company. I am severely severely upset.This is causing me a great deal of stress
I have just been charged £60 for overstaying by 8 minutes in their Swindon Morrisons Car Park. The only reason it happened is that they had just increased the charges so that the £2.50 I paid only covered 1 hour rather than 2 hours. As a very regular user of the car park I didn’t check the charges notice as I used the car park several times a week and the change was not clearly advertised so that it could easily be seen. Just a scam to allow fines of innocent motorists I presume. I tried to talk to Euro Parking but there seems to be no telephone access to a complaints department. I paid the £60 and resolved never to use Euro Parking facilities again. This will cost them at least £9 per week on average at the new £3 rate so they will soon be making a loss on charges to me. I will be walking into town in future which is better for my health.
Appeal rejected even though I've submitted my proof of payment for parking, why because I had a new car that week, a row with my husband and I'm menopausal and put half my new reg in and half my old one!!! Shocking your still trying to make me pay due to a small admin error my side. I paid to park end of. Robbing company!!
Can’t contact them by phone or email. You are charged when calling them. CHEEKY ROBBING ***t*.Was happy to pay the initial parking fine of £60.00 if they could show me legal documents they were allowed to issue fine which I believe was public land. I still believe is a scam and I won’t call the number up and pay by phone with my card details. I would be happy to pay through my bank. Now they still send letters asking for now £160.00 before it goes to court. Provide the documentation I’ve asked for and I will give you you £60.00. Otherwise I will see you in court.
Euro parking RS scam company I parked in a car park for just 10 minutes and I remained in the vehicle whilst attending to my sick child. I appealed but they did not want to know. They only want money. I shall expose them to every public media platform I can. They lied in their response to my appeal for case 3040430 by saying I left the vehicle unattended which clearly in all the photo evidence shows I was always in the car. Also couldn't even be bothered to recognise that I put in my appeal that it was my daughter and referred to her as my son. Clearly not reading my appeal properly. Anyone who uses this awful company for their services should think again. I shall be escalating this matter!
Just received a Parking Charge Notice ‘Final Reminder’ from this outfit demanding £100, which was interesting given I never actually received their original notice? A simple google search on Euro Parking Services reveals this scenario is seemingly very common and experienced by many around the country. Not great really…
I recently parked outside a solicitors office on a Saturday, well I say outside, I was half a car width outside it. Needless to say that the solicitors was closed as it was a Saturday and the shutters firmly down, meaning i had not impacted either the solicitors trade or the ability for their staff to park.I remained here for a whole 8 minutes and 40 seconds (as per the photographs supplied by the company)Having read the reviews of this company I will appeal it and no doubt it will be unceremoniously rejected.Though it is no issue, they will have to justify in court how 1 metre width of car has impacted enough to warrant £60. Especially given you can see on the photo that another 3 cars could have easily parked next to me.....so I wouldn't exactly call it infringement....I look forward to your explanation of how I have caused a detriment to a closed solicitors that doesn't offer a 24 hour 7 day a week service?!
Cameras not picking up the fact I paid two visits to Sainsbury's that day 7,12 24, sent me a fine which I have no intention of paying, was there at 10.15 with the wife, and came back later approx 16.00 saying I was there seven hours. I also went to Iceland in this time and my wife was not with me second visit, Don t know if the letter is a scam or not but not paying any fines. I have proof my car was on my drive between 11. 00 and 15 .40 with a neighbours cameras, can,t wait for the court case to reveal this.
