I ordered a taxi with Europe by taxi to pick me up at my hotel in Palma nova to Palma airport. They took the money from my bank and the day before I was leaving they sent a email saying the taxi driver had cancelled. I have had no refund. I have sent 3 emails and had no reply. Do not touch this company
Solid service. Driver on time, clean car, about 30 min to our hotel in the Gothic Quarter. He didn't speak much English but knew exactly where to go so it wasn't an issue at all. Also worked out cheaper than the taxi queue would have been for three people with bags.
We landed at midnight after two delays, completely wrecked. Driver was still there waiting like it was no big deal. Loaded our bags, gave us water, got us to our rental in Alfama in 15 minutes. Even helped us find the key box outside. Genuinely great service.
I also got the regretful message informing me that the taxi driver cancelled without giving a reason the morning of my trip, and that they couldn't find a replacement, but not to worry, my money is being returned. This is obviously their regular mode of operation and I doubt I'll ever see my 33€ again. This whole hoax of a page should be banned and punished, but I'd settle for banned! FU
I booked a taxi from Verona airport to Lake Garda for 19th March. Whilst at my local airport that morning I had an email to say the driver had cancelled the booking and no other drivers were available. I was assured that a refund would be issued immediately but it is now 3 April and no refund has been forthcoming even after chasing them. I will never use this company again.
I book my ride to this apps for Thursday morning March 19th but they cancelled my ride due the driver was cancelled my ride then they are not given me my full refund in same date and I need to wait 5 to 9 days for my refund but not sure... This so bad experiences this kinds of site why they let still to operate this kind of people.. Should be they given a action immediately......
Dont bother, read the reviews. Take the booking, take the money then cancel hours before, apparently they take it very seriously, obviously not so dont bother replying by saying we take this very seriously. Dont book with this company, faxe taxi. Drivers taking jobs they have no intention of doing. Losers
