I booked 2 taxis and was let down by Europebytaxi when they cancelled the day before pick up stating the driver had let them down. I was left trying to book another taxi last minute. I am still waiting on a refund nearly 3weeks later. This may be a scam site so beware!!
They cancelled our transport to the airport 3 times. We had booked a taxi for 3 a.m., but at 11 p.m. they sent us an email saying that no driver would come.It’s not reliable — they cancel the service just a few hours before the scheduled pickup and in the night you have a minimal chance to find another taxi.
Cancelled my 3 bookings. You are charged immediately but have to wait 5-9 business days for your refund. Today is day 7 and no refund. I am waiting on €150. They should not charge upfront. I do not recommend at all.
Pre booked playa del ingles hotel to Las Palmas airport. Received confirmation and a receipt for payment. Straightforward booking process. Today I received an email cancelling my booking. They gave the excuse that the driver was unavailable and they couldn’t source another. I’m not flying ‘till 8th March and today is 6th March. They say that it will be a day or so to process the refund. Here’s hoping I haven’t been scammed! Unbelievable excuses!!! Very disappointing and would not recommend.
