Dont bother, waste of time

Dont bother, read the reviews. Take the booking, take the money then cancel hours before, apparently they take it very seriously, obviously not so dont bother replying by saying we take this very seriously. Dont book with this company, faxe taxi. Drivers taking jobs they have no intention of doing. Losers

My reservation for cancelled the night…

My reservation for cancelled the night before. The service was not provedided on the basis of lack of drivers even though on their website it was still possible to book and pay the same transfer with 17 drivers available. They claimed that a refund was issued but I haven't received my money back after 9 business days. I highly recommend not to trust this company.

BEWARE CON JOB

booked trip to airport in lanzarote, they cancelled 5 minutes later and said driver let them down and i would be refunded in 5-9 business days, still 11 days later no refund, i emailed, no reply, basically for me just a con, stay clear, take your money then cancel it 5 minutes later and wair forever to get your money back, awful service

0 star. My friend booked and paid for a taxi with this company. Didn't turn up leaving me in the lurch. Poor excuse and have still not refunded. She obviously didn't read reviews. Don't trust.

Very bad experience with this service

Very bad experience with this service. I had a confirmed booking for 4:20 in the morning and the driver cancelled at the last minute. At that time of the night there are practically no taxis available, so I was left completely stranded with no alternative.In the message they said they would try to find another driver, but in the end they did not provide any solution. Also, although they mentioned a possible refund, I still have not received the money.If they accept bookings at that hour, they should guarantee the service or at least provide a real alternative. Leaving a customer without transport in the middle of the night is completely irresponsible. Very unprofessional and not reliable. I do not recommend this service.

Does what it says

Does what it says. Clean car, driver who knows where he's going, no stress. The ride from Malpensa was about 50 minutes and pretty comfortable. He even recommended a restaurant near our hotel which turned out to be amazing. Would use again.

Unreliable and slow to repay your money

I booked a taxi with them. They took the money for the journey. Whilst in the airport coming home I was told that the driver had cancelled and that the money would be paid back into my account within 5-9 working days . We are on day 11 and still waiting.We had to pay out for another taxi , which was more expensive due to short notice.Would not touch this company with a barge pole in future.Unreliable and slow to give you your money back.

We understand how frustrating this is, and we sincerely apologise.This is a rare occurrence — it affects only around 5–10% of all bookings — and it does not reflect the level of service we work to deliver every single day.Please know that we take this very seriously: the driver has received a penalty and will not be able to accept any new rides for the next 72 hours. A full refund has been issued to your original payment method.

DONT BOOK

DONT BOOK, NO LONGER OPERATING - Booked taxi from airport to resort, in departure lounge, ready to board plane, email to say driver had cancelled and they couldn't get a replacement. Told 5-9 business days for a refund, no refund received. Emailed numerous times and received no reply. Just done a search on them and they're no longer operating, they advise to contact your bank for reimbursement
