I tried to book an 8-seater taxi about a week in advance and contacted the company multiple times by email to confirm availability, child seats, and some additional details. Unfortunately, I never received any response.
This lack of communication made it very difficult to proceed with the booking, especially when travelling with children where proper arrangements are important. I expected at least a basic reply or confirmation, but there was nothing at all.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service due to the poor customer support and lack of responsiveness.
Complete scam! Took money from credit card. Sent professional email with a confirmation number. Said the driver would email 12 hours before flight. When no email arrived, checked website and got a we've gone out of business message. No message to let us know. Avoid!!

I booked a round-trip transfer in Lyon (to Annecy) for €203.The day before the trip, the driver cancelled and the company informed us they were unable to find a replacement. While they did notify us in advance (which I appreciate), the service itself was ultimately not delivered.More concerning is what happened next: shortly after, the company communicated that they had ceased operations and were no longer able to process refunds directly, asking customers to contact their banks for a chargeback.So while this is not a scam in the traditional sense, the service is clearly unreliable and structurally weak. You may get your ride, or you may not — and if something goes wrong, resolution is not handled directly by the company.In our case, we had to rely on our bank to recover the payment.Overall, I cannot recommend this service, especially for time-sensitive or important trips.

This company is an absolute scam. Booked airport pickup in Milan and they cancelled it while we were in flight from Australia, leaving us high and dry and scrambling to make other arrangements. Trusted them a second time and they cancelled again, just hours before the booking time, leaving us scrambling again. Have not received a refund as yet for bookings paid up front. Do NOT trust thus company
