They cancelled both my reservations. I'm still waiting for my refund since March 14, 2026. It's been 17 days now and I still haven't received anything; I only see a message that the company is closed. I still owe €116 (€58 x 2). They shouldn't require prepayment. I strongly advise against using their services.
Our flight was 40 minutes late and I was sure the driver would be gone. Nope. He tracked the flight and was right there waiting. Super smooth ride into Paris, dropped us at our apartment door. So much easier than dealing with the RER after a long day.
Booked a taxi as I was in a bit of a pickle. Had flown to the wrong airport in Milan and thought I would struggle for time.Booked with EuropebyTaxi and recieved a confirmation code, everything seeming good. Landed to find my taxi had cancelled, upon reading reviews it seems like this is par for the course.My bank Sparebank, in Norway is very efficient. The money hasn't cleared yet, and in such cases when people don't provide services, they stop the money. I'm informed now I have to wait 5 to 9 days. The whole thing is a massive scam. Do not waste you money or your time. Stay away from this site. Utter scam.
one star is to much for this company. they cancelled our trip from the airport to the hotel a day before we arrived.They said the amount would be back to our account. At this moment (3 weeks later) and after an e-mail didn't received yet. Don' trust them. They are cheap, that's all
