Like many others, I haven't received my items. I was fortunate to get a partial refund, but there's still money I haven't received. All I get are automated emails with no human interaction. The website is now gone.

Fraudulent and difficult returns

I wish I could give zero stars. The site claims to be local, but that's not true. The items are poor quality. They say returns are easy, but they negotiate against it and offer a low percentage back instead. They claim the item was a final sale, which isn’t indicated anywhere. I just want to return it. Definitely do not purchase!
